The People Assets business commenced operation in 2001 as a Human Resources Consulting business. Through significant business growth and development People Assets has grown to a team of eight team members who service all of our clients needs, with the inbuilt flex to support any business to realise their goals.


Our clients represent small to multi site organisations across many industries - from primary industry to professional services organisations.


Over the years of operational People Assets has supported businesses realise their potential through support in everything from one off projects, culture building programs, executive member of strategic planning initiatives, to providing a complete outsourced Human Resource function for a workforce in the realm of 1400 team members across Australia and New Zealand.

Nicky's ethos of 'fearless living' was triggered by a single, dramatic event long ago. As a young teen growing up in the country, she tried to end her life. Her journey back to wanting to live has fostered an ongoing passion for creating opportunity and change – for herself and others.

This event instilled her lifelong belief that people's strengths are often hidden deep beneath the surface.

Melinda Jackson - Process Manager

Melinda has extensive experience in policy and procedure documentation and loves to write a good procedure, but asks you not to judge her as boring!

Working with large companies to small Melinda has extensive experience in policy and procedure documentation, process mapping and management.

With experience across a diverse range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, and finance, her skills see her working with individuals and teams reviewing processes, and developing documents that help businesses, large and small achieve success.

Melinda leads projects that are outcome driven and strive to minimize risk and develop with the customer smarter more sustainable work practises.

Elisa Moralis - Operations Manager

With a background in customer service, office management and logistics, Elisa is the all round ‘go-to girl’ at People Assets.

Her skills and experience come from working across a diverse range of industries and she is driven to exceed customer expectations and maintain People Assets’ high standard of delivery of Business Management and People Management programs, training, coaching and business solutions.

Elisa is the champion of our our online Learning initiatives and facilitates our programs through our online learning portal EDGE.

Elisa also heads up finance and procurement and her high level of management and organisational skills ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
