Working with large companies to small Melinda has extensive experience in policy and procedure documentation, process mapping and management.
With experience across a diverse range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, and finance, her skills see her working with individuals and teams reviewing processes, and developing documents that help businesses, large and small achieve success.
Melinda leads projects that are outcome driven and strive to minimize risk and develop with the customer smarter more sustainable work practises.
Elisa Moralis - Operations Manager
With a background in customer service, office management and logistics, Elisa is the all round ‘go-to girl’ at People Assets.
Her skills and experience come from working across a diverse range of industries and she is driven to exceed customer expectations and maintain People Assets’ high standard of delivery of Business Management and People Management programs, training, coaching and business solutions.
Elisa is the champion of our our online Learning initiatives and facilitates our programs through our online learning portal EDGE.
Elisa also heads up finance and procurement and her high level of management and organisational skills ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
