Nicky Mackie is an experienced Human Resources professional with over 15 years experience in the HR sector in all Australian states and New Zealand. She has developed her knowledge and skills through working in a number of HR positions in both large corporate and privately owned companies that cover a wide range of industries including retailing, hospitality, consulting and logistics management.

Through her work with many different organizations, both at the front line staff and executive levels, Nicky has been able to deliver fantastic results around team culture and dynamics that has had an impact on all levels of the business.  Significant results have been achieved in the areas of staff performance, morale, leadership development and general team structure balance.
